We want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your new Slash snowboard isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all equipment remains in its original packaging with factory stickers intact to qualify for a full refund.

Pack Your Gear
Securely place the snowboard or accessories in the original shipping box, ensuring all protective padding is included to prevent transit damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand over the package to the designated courier; once our warehouse inspects the condition of the gear, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
